Indika Weerakkody holds MBA from the Cardiff Metropolitan University - UK and is a Certified Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (CSLIM). He is also a Nortel Certified Sales & Technical Expert for PPQ, SPQ, and QSP (Canada), as well as a VMware Certified Sales & Technical Expert for VSP and VTSP (USA). Indika possesses various diplomas related to ICT, Sales, and Marketing. With over 25 years of extensive experience in technology and business, he has a proven track record in administration, project management, product development, and overall management across both local and international markets. As a co-founder and Executive Director of several companies including WinAsia Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd., 3W Power Management Ltd., WinAsia Power Corporation Limited, and EcoTech Consultants FZC LLC – UAE. Indika is dedicated to driving innovation and growth in the consultancy and energy sectors.

Warnapriya Wijesundara holds MBA from the University of Moratuwa and a BSc from SLIIT. He also possesses a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management and expertise in Product Management, General Management, Operations Management, Software Engineering, Agile Project Management, and MIS System Management. He is recognized as a professional in the Chief Information Officer (CIO) domain within the IT sector. With over 20 years of experience in the software industry, Warnapriya has worked on various research and development projects notably publishing a research paper in 2013 titled “Endemic Factors of Software Development Life Cycle in the Sri Lankan Software Industry.” As a co-founder and Executive Director of multiple companies including WinAsia Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd., 3W Power Management Ltd., WinAsia Power Corporation Limited, and EcoTech Consultants FZC LLC Warnapriya is committed to driving innovation and growth in the consultancy and technology sectors.

Ranil Sugathadasa is a Chartered Engineer, Senior Commercial Manager, Project Management Professional, Management Consultant, and Entrepreneur with over 22 years of multidisciplinary and multisector experience both locally and internationally. He is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Moratuwa's Faculty of Engineering and specializes in leadership and management training, transformational coaching, and advising and coaching CEOs and corporate boards.

Prasad Withanage is a visionary Senior Business Leader and Sustainable Energy Advocate with over 30 years of leadership experience. He is known for driving growth in dynamic industries while championing sustainable innovation. His career began at the intersection of technology and entrepreneurship, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the telecom landscape with a pioneering telecommunications service provider. In addition to this, he spearheaded early-stage renewable energy initiatives, demonstrating an exceptional ability to balance commercial success with environmental stewardship.

Mohamed, a Canadian national, is currently employed by American Clean Energy Solutions Inc. (ACES) Canada, where he serves as the Regional Director for ACES in South America, South Asia, and Africa. With over 35 years of experience in the legal field, Mohamed has amassed significant expertise as an authorized financial advisor in the retail, import/export industry, and financing sector. Additionally, he is a co-founder of NY Services Inc. and a Shareholder/Director of 3W Power Management Limited, among other companies.
